Highwater Vodka, the premier product from Jackson Hole Still Works, hits the shelves for consumers today.  The premium, locally produced, hand crafted, ultra small batch vodka is made from 100% Wyoming sourced corn and oats.  Every drop is crafted by Chas Marsh and Travis Goodman at the JH Still Works distillery located on the southern reaches of Jackson at 3940 South Eagle View Drive, in the Valley View Subdivision.  The first bottles of Batch #1 will be available at the distillery today until 4:00.

“We are so incredibly humbled by the amount of community support we have received through this incredible ride,” says Travis Goodman, one of the partners in the valley’s first and only legal distillery.  “To reach this milestone of getting our product to market is a sense of accomplishment that cannot be matched.”

Jackson Hole Still Works will be open today, with distillers and partners Goodman and Chas Marsh selling and signing bottles of Batch #1 of their Highwater Vodka.  “Our doors are always open for any and all to come see what we do and have fun learning more about our process.”  Chas Marsh continues, “We love telling our story and showing customers how our 100% Wyoming-proud spirits are made.  Please come on by for a tour, tasting or just hang out and play a few tunes on the guitar.”

The distillery will be open to the public for tours, tastings, and retail every day from 10am to 5pm, but it is very likely to catch the “Still Works Boys” there on either side of those hours.  Today the distillery will close at 4:00pm as JH Still Works is sponsoring the Art Association of Jackson Hole’s premier fundraising event, the Art Heist, at the Center For The Arts.

Highwater Vodka is currently available for licensed Wyoming retailers to purchase as a “one time buy” from the Wyoming Liquor Division.
