Victor Announces Winter Parking Rules

by Jackson Hole Radio News

The town of Victor Idaho has announced an overnight parking ban for the winter months. City officials say that from November 15th until April 1st, no person may stop or park a motor vehicle, trailer or other vehicle on any roadway or within existing public easements or designated alleyway within the city limits between 2:00 am and 10:00 am in residential areas, or between 2:00 am and 7:00 am in business areas. Violators will be towed at the owners’ expense. At the same time, the town reminds that snow will not be removed by town crews from any public alleys or private property. Those who carpool or ride START bus to Jackson for the day need to park their vehicles at the transit center or the Depot. Both park-and-ride locations are well lit and plowed. Long term parking is also available at Pioneer Park for up to two weeks for those planning to go out of town.
