Broncs Finish Football Season

The Jackson Hole Broncs Varsity Football Team saw a decisive end to the 2011 season Friday when they were shut-out by the Star Valley Braves. The final score in that game was 34-0.  The final season standings for the team were two and six.  The Broncs this year will not be going on to participate in the playoffs which determine those teams in state competition later.

Bike Path Closed Near Schools

Construction began yesterday as the Teton County School district makes modifications to the Babe Ruth/American Legion Baseball field fencing. As a result, construction vehicles and equipment will be routinely crossing and staging on the pathway. Contractors have posted signs requesting pathways users to re-route along High School and Middle School Road pathways during construction. The modifications are expected to be completed by the end of the week.

Football Season Nears An End

Jackson Hole Broncs Varsity Football team were defeated Friday night by the Worland Warriers, 19 to 6.  That loss effectively eliminates the Broncs from the 2011 play-offs.  The Broncs this Friday play the Star Valley Braves in Afton for the final game of the season.
