In Jackson Hole Bronc Basketball this week, both the boys and the girls were in Star Valley to face the Braves and both came away with defeats. Star Valley easily got by the Bronc boys 53 to 29 and the girls were overrun 53 to 37 in their game. The Broncs next host Lyman Friday night. The Jackson Hole Moose were off this weekend but host the Park City Pioneers this weekend for the second time this season.

The Jackson Hole High School Speech and Debate Team added a fifth victory to its undefeated season at the Kelly Walsh Invitational, held in Casper on over the weekend, with seventeen schools participating. Jackson captured the 3A crown by earning more sweepstakes points than all other 3A teams combined. The team next travels to Evanston this weekend.
The Jackson Bronc basketball teams both split the weekend with wins Friday night and losses Saturday. The boys romped over Mountain View 84 to 46 while the girls bested the buffs 49 to 44. On Saturday, the boys lost to Mountain View 39 to 44 while the girls suffered a tough loss 25 to 54. The Broncs next travel to Star Valley Friday.
Members of the Teton County School Board met in a workshop Monday to discuss some major diversions considered from the calendars the district has traditionally followed.
