Lady Broncs Volleyball Team Win Another

Coming off a disappointing Homecoming weekend, the Lady Broncs volleyball team swept their game against Pinedale, 25-7, 25-21 and 25-13. This weekend, the team hosts Conference Duals at the High School and the Middle School beginning Friday at 3:00 pm. All teams attending play 2 games each day.   The Lady Broncs are in second place in the 3A Northwest conference behind Powell.

Homecoming Weekend Disappointing In Jackson

It was not a good weekend in Jackson Hole High School sports. The Jackson Broncs had their homecoming spoiled Friday night by the Cody Broncs, who rolled over Jackson 32 to 8.  Meanwhile, the Lady Broncs Volleyball game Friday against Cody was postponed due to the snowy roads, but they lost their Saturday game against Powell in just three sets: 25 to 20, 25 to 21 and then 25 to 13.

The Jackson Hole Broncs volleyball team won against Lander on Friday night; 25 to 20, 25 to 20 and 25 to 22, winning the game in just three sets.  That puts the team 5 and 0 in the West and 3 and O in their conference which places them in first place in conference play.  Today, the team plays Star Valley at home beginning at 4:00 pm and Cody at home Friday.

Panthers Shut Out Broncs Friday

It was a complete shut-out in Powell this weekend as the Panthers embarrassed the Broncs with a final score of 40 to nothing.  The Panthers remain the number one 3A team in the western division.  The next chance the Jackson team has to redeem itself will be on home turf Friday as the Jackson Broncs take on the third ranked Cody Broncs.
