Broncs Defeat Worland

The Jackson Hole Broncs Friday defeated the Worland Warriors at home 49 to 33 as the two teams battled over last place in 3A West.  The victory for the Broncs now places them in 5th place as they head into the final regular game of the season which pits them against 2nd place Star Valley in a game at Macintosh Field Friday.

Broncs Lose In Green River

Green River rolled over Jackson in Friday night football action at Green River, sending the Broncs home with a 34 to 6 loss.  That leaves Jackson tied with Worland for last place in the 3A West division as they go into the last two games of the season.  The Broncs next face Worland at home this Friday.

Jackson Broncs Fall To Cody

In Jackson Hole Broncs football over the weekend, Jackson fell to Cody 21 to 12 on Cody’s home turf.  That brings the Broncs to an average of two wins and three losses in season play.  They next travel to Green River this weekend to take on the second ranked wolves.

School Enrollment Here Up Again

JH Broncs Win Homecoming Game

The Jackson Broncs this weekend won the 2012 edition of Homecoming, 20 to 14 over the Lander Tigers.  The game was marred by 13 turnovers combined by the Broncs and the Tigers – but Jackson still came out on top in the end.  The Broncs will face a tougher contest this weekend as they take on the number-one Powell Panthers who come to Jackson undefeated.  That game begins at 6:00, an hour earlier than usual.

16-year-old Dies At C-V

Teton Redskins Dominate Jackson Hole Broncs

Jackson Hole Broncs were embarrassed by the Teton Redskins in their first game of the competitive season, going down 37 to 14.  The Broncs next travel to Rawlins to confront the Outlaws in a non-league outing on Friday.  Like the Broncs, the Outlaws also go into the outing with a record of 0-1. Rawlins lost 45-35 in this past weekend’s non-league outing against Wheatland .

JH Broncs Begin Season Play

The Jackson Hole Broncs play their first conference football game tonight beginning at 7:00 pm as they travel to Driggs, Idaho to play the Teton Redskins.  The Broncs have an eight-game schedule this year, with the final regular season game being played October 19th at home against the Star Valley Braves.  The team goes into the season after a solid 40 to 16 win over the Mountain View Buffalos in a pre-season scrimmage.

PAWS Scores High In Teton County
