Local Reservoirs Predicted Not To Fill

The Bureau of Reclamation has announced that starting yesterday, it has reduced flows from Palisades Reservoir from 1200 cubic feet per second to 900 cfs.  Outflows will be restored to 1200 cfs Saturday.  Reclamation’s decision to decrease flows is based on the February forecast which predicts spring runoff in the Upper Snake River basin will be 92 percent of average, which is a slight decrease from … Continue Reading
