Wyoming Seeks New DEQ Director

August 15, 2012 Grand Teton National Park, Jackson Hole, Teton County No Comments
John Corra

Governor Matt Mead is looking for candidates to be appointed to replace retiring Director of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality John Corra.  Corra announced his retirement after serving in that position for the past 9 ½ years.  Mead praised Corra for his leadership in providing what the governor called “reasonable regulation.”   Now Mead has asked that anyone interested in the position submit a letter of interest and resume to his office prior to September 7th.  It is hoped Corra’s successor will be able to be on board and spend some time with the outgoing DEQ Director prior to his departure.
