It’s Primary Election Day

election

Wyoming Secretary of State Max Maxfield is hoping Wyoming residents will continue their tradition of a high turnout for Primary Election Day today.  Maxfield says state law makes it all that much more convenient by allowing voter registration at the polling place.  Maxfield reminds would-be voters that it is state law that they get an hour off from work to exercise the privilege to vote. Polls will be open from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm, so Maxfield says there’s no reason not to vote.  Teton County has a total of 18 polling places which are listed at http://www.tetonwyo.org/cc/docs/2012PollingPlaces.pdf Meanwhile, Idaho’s primary election is one week from today.  (Montana’s primary election was June 5th).
