Another Wildfire
A second fire has been spotted in the Greys River Ranger District above Star Valley. Specifically, the fire is located two miles southeast of Cottonwood Lake. This one is estimated to be about a tenth of an acre and is burning in timber and forest litter.
Two fire personnel are taking suppression action with the aid of helicopter bucket drops. The cause of this latest fire remains undetermined. Meanwhile, the Rock Fire ¼ mile west of Swift Creek Lake continues to burn in about ten acres and is being fought by a 20-person crew aided by one helicopter.
