Student enrollment in Teton County continues to grow with the count of students this fall totaling 2491 in the public school system. That’s 29 students more than last fall, 67 more than the count in the fall of 2010 and fully 138 more students than in 2009. School officials say typically, those numbers decline during the year; usually about the time the snow begins to fly. This year enrollment breaks down to include 632 high school students, 536 middle school students 1323 elementary students. Enrollment statistics were not published by Teton County’s Community School or Journey’s School.
