County Closes Levee Road

The Teton County Road and Levee Department has announced the temporary closure of the Walton Quarry Haul Road, also known as Emily’s Pond.  Yellow Iron Excavation has secured a contract with the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers for rock hauling operations that will require the levee to be closed every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from today through November 30th.  However, Yellow Iron expects to complete the work closer to November 15th.
