GTNP Visitation Sees Slight Increase
Visitation to Grand Teton National Park last month actually showed a slight increase, both in the number of people entering the park for recreational purposes and on business. According to the National Park Service Visitor Use Statistics office, recreational visits increased by just under ½% while non-recreational traffic was up over 12%. Altogether, the park saw over 503-thousand people through the entrance stations for an increase of 2.8% over the same month last year and about 2% year to date.
