No doubt, you have seen the attention a display placed in the Jackson Hole Airport by Grand Teton National Park has attracted from those arriving in the valley and waiting to claim their luggage along with a small store in the airport run by the Grand Teton Association.  Those features have been in place for a number of years.  Monday, The Yellowstone Association on behalf of Yellowstone National Park is unveiling a similar display and store at the Bozeman/Yellowstone International Airport.  Senior Director of Communication and Marketing Melinda Gable says that display will be strategically located near the escalator that leads from the arrival gates to the baggage claim area. Monday’s dedication will feature comments from Park Superintendent Dan Wenk, staffers for Montana Senators Max Baucus and John Tester and Karen Bates Kress, President of the Yellowstone Park Foundation.

On defense, the Cowboys top priority is to stop the run.  With a talented quarterback […]

A weak ridge of high pressure will build over the region today, which will allow temperatures to become warmer and closer to average statewide.  However, some lingering low-level moisture and daytime heating could trigger a few hit or miss thunderstorms for the afternoon and early evening hours.  Gusty winds and lots of lightning will be […]
  • GPS will sometimes lead you to astray - August 29, 2014
At the risk of sounding like I’ve been watching too much Top Gear, I need to go off on a bit of a rant right now. The good folks at Nissan let me drive a Titan for two full months, which was really nice of them. And it’s done a pretty good job of filling […]
