Alternative Fuels Explored Today
The Yellowstone/Teton Clean Energy Coalition is celebrating the use of alternative fuel and advanced technology vehicles during its “National Alternative Fuel Vehicle Day Odyssey” event from noon to 4:00 pm on today, at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Yellowstone/Teton Clean Energy Coalition’s event is one of more than 160 being held concurrently across the United States. “National Alternative Fuel Vehicle Day Odyssey” was created by the National Alternative Fuels Training Consortium from West Virginia University, in 2002 and it has been held every two years since. The Yellowstone/Teton Clean Energy Coalition event includes informative sessions about biodiesel and compressed natural gas, a walking tour of Jackson Hole Mountain Resorts waste vegetable oil filtration system and alternative fuel vehicles on display.
