Another Wolf Lawsuit Filed
Another coalition of eight environmental groups has filed a lawsuit in federal court in Denver claiming the delisting of wolves in Wyoming violates the endangered species act. The groups maintain that the state’s management plan classifying wolves as predators that can be shot on sight in most of Wyoming is inadequate. Meanwhile, another lawsuit was filed earlier this month which also seeks to have the wolf returned to the endangered species list.
