JH Students Receive All-State Honors
The Jackson Hole High School Music Department had several students selected for All-State honors after successfully completing an in-depth and highly competitive audition process last week. High School Band Director Pete Closson says the students selected included junior percussionist Otto Wieters from the band, senior soprano Samantha Stuck from the choir, and junior violinist Marena Salerno Collins, sophomore violinist Emily Johnson, senior cellist Jack Keckler, senior cellist Rebecca Hamilton and junior cellist Winston Scofield from the orchestra. Closson says these seven students will perform with other Wyoming All-State music students January 22nd as part of the Wyoming Music Educators Annual Conference in Gillette.
