Gasoline Prices Declining
Gasoline prices continue to fall nationally and locally as well. According to AAA Auto Club’s Fuel Gauge Report the national average is now $3.38 per gallon of unleaded regular — $3.34 in Wyoming. In Jackson Hole, prices run the gamut averaging $3.48 per gallon. In Teton Valley, it averages $3.49. AAA says the decline was the result of the changeover to winter-blend fuel, which is less expensive to produce; cheaper crude oil prices; lower demand; and economic concerns.
