Unemployment Insurance Rates Mailed
About 22,000 employers throughout Wyoming will receive notices this week outlining their respective 2013 Unemployment Insurance tax rates from the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services Unemployment Insurance division. The department urges employers to review the rate for accuracy uponreceipt due to the limited time available to appeal the 2013 rate. Appeal requests must be received by the state within 30 days from the tax rate notice being mailed. The Unemployment Insurance tax rate calculation and appeal deadline is established by Wyoming law.
