Reward Offered In Wolf Poaching

WGF Logo

The Wyoming Game and Fish Department is now offering a reward of up to $10-thousand – or $5000 each – for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever was responsible for illegally killing two wolves last month.  Game officials say one wolf that had been shot and killed was found in the Gros Ventre area in early December while a second wolf, which had also been shot, was found on December 21st several miles from the first wolf carcass.  Those providing information about the poachers may remain anonymous if they so choose.  Game and Fish officials are urging the public to call the department’s “stop poaching” hotline at 877-943-3847 with any information they may have about the poaching incidents.
