County Service To Block Junk Mail

To achieve its mission to reduce the amount of waste sent to the landfill, Teton County Integrated Solid Waste and Recycling would like to make residents aware of a zero-waste initiative that can help consumers stop unsolicited catalogs, coupons, credit card solicitations and phone books at the source.  This free service, offered by Catalog Choice, will help Teton County shed millions of pounds of waste and thousands of dollars in costs – one mailbox at a time. Teton County residents and businesses can sign up for this mail preference service beginning today by visiting Solid Waste and Recycling’s website at tetonwyo.org/recycle, and clicking on the Catalog Choice mailbox logo.  Catalog Choice will act on registrants’ behalves to protect their consumer rights and get the opt-outs processed.
