Levee Work Begins

Teton County Road and Levee announces bank stabilization work on the Snake River’s Public Levee beginning Monday, March 11^th.  The Public Levee is located on the west side of the Snake River, south of the bridge. The project area is beyond the public access area but users should be aware that heavy equipment will be in place starting on March 11^th and the levee will be plowed on March 18^th.  Public access to the levee is expected to remain open, but users should anticipate the presence of heavy equipment and work crews in the area.
