Mexican National Deported

A 41-year-old Mexican National, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Judge Nancy Freudenthal earlier this month for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Juan Vazquez-Baez was arrested in Jackson andFreudenthal sentenced him to time served plus ten days, and ordered him to pay a $100.00 special assessment. He is now subject to deportation upon release from custody. This case was investigated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
