Experts Discuss Natural Gas Vehicles

With a natural gas fueling station soon to be built in Jackson, the Jackson Hole Environmental Sustainability Project in partnership with other local organizations is sponsoring a discussion about the use of natural gas for transportation tonight.  Three experts will be talking about the uses of natural gas to fuel cars and trucks and answer questions of those in attendance.  Anticipated vehicles utilizing natural gas may include sedans, light duty pickups, service vans, heavy duty trucks including up to class 8 tractors with semi-trailers, school and other public transit buses, and other vehicles. The site for the natural gas fueling station on South Broadway in Jackson near the Maverik Country Store was selected last month provided about a $ ¾-million grant is approved by the Wyoming Business Council. The event begins at 6:00 pm at the Home Ranch Parking Area.
