Forest Supervisor Marks Last Day Here

Buchanan

Today is Bridger Teton National Forest Supervisor Jacque Buchanan’s final day here before turning the mantle of leadership over the Cheryl Probert who becomes the Acting Forest Supervisor Monday.  Probert is to remain in the position only until that position can be filled permanently.  Coming to Wyoming from the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest in Utah where she has been serving as Deputy Forest Supervisor, Probert has previously acted in a variety of position on neighboring Caribou-Targhee National Forest.  Buchanan says as such, Probert should be able to step right into the leadership role.  Meanwhile, Buchanan is moving to Lakewood Colorado to assume the role as Director for Renewable Resources for the Rocky Mountain Region.
