Town & County Seek Board Applicants

The Town and County are looking to fill 10 positions on County and Joint, Town & County, volunteer boards. The openings are available to Teton County community members who wish to be involved in their community. The board openings include an end-of-term opening on the Board of Health to fill a four year term. This position is open to non-medical or medical Teton County community members. This board meets quarterly. There are also 4 end-of-term openings to fill three year terms on the Historic Preservation Board. This board meets monthly on the 2nd Tuesday at 6:30pm. The Library Board has 2 end-of-term openings to fill three year terms. The Library Board meets monthly on 3rd Thursday at Noon. The Travel & Tourism Joint Powers Board has 2 end-of-term openings to fill three year terms. This board also has 1 position available to serve the remainder of a resigning member’s term through June 2015. The Travel and Tourism Joint Powers Board meets monthly on 2nd Thursday at 3:00 pm. All board terms begin July first. More information about the specific positions is available from the individual agencies.
