Gasoline prices are still holding relatively steady in Jackson Hole after remaining steady for the past couple weeks at some of the lower prices in the nation. But while prices are unchanged here, US Energy Information Administration Spokesperson Amerine Woodyard says that’s apparently not the national trend. She says the U.S. average retail price for regular gasoline fell to $3.65 a gallon on Monday. That’s down 3 1/2 cents from a week ago, based on the weekly price survey by the U.S. Energy Information Administration. Pump prices were highest in the West Coast region at 3.95 a gallon, down 1.7 cents from a week ago while prices were lowest in the Gulf Coast States at 3.48 a gallon, down 2.5 cents. Here in Teton County, the average of prices reported on line is now $3.39 per gallon.
