The Jackson Town Council has appointed five residents to serve as members of the inaugural Public Art Taskforce. Those five appointees include Architect Sam Ankeney, GE Johnson Project Manager Jason Berning, MADE Boutique Owner John Frechette, National Museum of Wildlife Art Curator Adam Duncan Harris, and Landscape Architect Heidi Clendenin-Leeds. The Jackson Town Council also appointed Planning Director Tyler Sinclair and Jackson Hole Public Art Board Member Cathryn Brodie, to the taskforce. The taskforce is charged with establishing a systematic review of public art projects in Jackson. The new taskforce plans its first meeting in the next month to establish bylaws and begin work on the Annual Art In Public Spaces Plan.
