Center For The Arts Looks To Reorganize

Center For Arts

The Center for the Arts in conjunction with its Resident Partners recently released the discussion draft from its six-month strategic review process. Entitled: “The Case for the Center” it provides details of the Center’s strategic process during which the Center’s Resident Partners and Board joined forces to explore the distinct functions and challenges of the Residence and Theater components of the Center.  From this, Center Board President Don Opatrny says the Center is proposing a long-term vision focused on fostering the Center’s campus infrastructure, financial sustainability, Resident Partner relations, and community accessibility. He says the Center is currently soliciting one-on-one feedback on the study from more than one hundred and fifty community members and will use the community feedback to further refine the organization’s strategic direction.
