Bridger-Teton National Forest has three bridge replacement projects scheduled on the Pinedale Ranger District in 2019. Two of these bridges are located on the Half Moon Lake Road and one is located on the Union Pass Road. Contractors have begun working on the Union Pass Road’s Tosi Creek Bridge, about seven miles north of the forest boundary and approximately 3.5 miles northwest of the Kendall Bridge. Work is currently being conducted on the south side of the new structure with work planned on the north side to begin the week of August 1st. Closures up to three weeks are expected for public and worker safety during construction on the north side. Actual closure dates will be published as soon as they are determined. The Half Moon Lake Road bridges over Sweeney Creek and Half Moon Creek are scheduled to begin after Labor Day.
