4 Fires Folded Into Complex In Paradise Valley

Sheep Fire

The Emigrant Fire north of Yellowstone National Park in Park County, Montana has been rolled into a complex consisting of four wildfires in that area now. Combined, the Miner Paradise Complex involves 847 acres and includes approximately 625 acres on the Emigrant Fire, 300 acres on the Sheep Fire located about 25 miles northwest of Gardiner, 120 acres on the North Eightmile Fire located about 20 miles southwest of Livingston and 15 to 20 acres on the Horsetail Fire located near Flanders Mountain. None of these lightning-caused fires threaten any populated areas at this time.
