As a result of a  2012 Teton Valley Human Services Needs Assessment that identified local gaps in health and human services in Teton Valley, Idaho, the Community Foundation of Teton Valley has launched a website where residents can navigate their way to help ranging from employment and adoption assistance; to food banks, shelters, counselors, support groups, and rehabilitation centers. Community Foundation Executive Director Kim Trotter explains that because many of the services available to Teton County, Idaho residents don’t have visible offices in the valley, many people assume the services are unavailable.  The new directory provides residents with the information about who they can contact in times of need. The Teton Valley Resource Directory can be found online at www.tetonvalleyresourcedirectory.com.
