Grand Teton National Park rangers discovered the body of a 55 year-old Winter Park, Florida man Monday morning.  Alberto Ortega’s body was discovered at Windy Point turnout on the Teton Park Road; apparently the victim of a self-inflicted gunshot to his head. Rangers are conducting an investigation into what appears to be a suicide and an isolated event.  Park Spokesperson Jackie Skaggs says rangers responded at 6:15 am Monday to a 911 call from passersby when they came upon the unconscious man lying on the ground next to his Toyota pickup truck. Upon arrival, rangers found Ortega already deceased from a head wound and a semi-automatic pistol next to his body. A note left by Ortega was also located at the scene.

  • Forced to Become Better Blockers [AUDIO] - August 27, 2014
Just how does a new offensive philosophy affect the wide receivers?  One position that the Wyoming Cowboys were deep at on the offensive side of the ball was wide receiver.  That’s because they were used to trotting out five wide-outs every snap, so the need for those players was essential.  Now that two, maybe three […]
  • Why can’t I find old-school camo? Wait, don’t answer that. - August 27, 2014
Where did that good old, brown, tan and black camo pattern go? You know what I mean. The pattern duck and goose hunters used to wear all the time. It was just splotches of dark brown, light brown and a little bit of black. Big splotches. I’ve been complaining for years that you can’t find […]
