A clothing drive launched by Jackson Oddfellow’s Lodge #8 to benefit those who lost their homes in the Colorado floods yielded more than organizers had expected.  Oddfellows member Wayne Johnson says the response was what he termed “amazing.”  Johnson says, “We are so blessed to live in this community – we put it on the radio and Facebook and within an hour, we began getting a response.”  Johnson says they had intended to put the clothing they gathered into a motorhome with a family that was going down to Colorado, but instead had to obtain a sizable trailer for the trip.  Johnson says in addition to the donations made by Jackson Hole residents, a truck-load of clothing was brought up from the residents of Pinedale as well.  Johnson says the clothing is being distributed by a relief center in Longmont:  one of the hardest hit communities last week.
