Forest Seeks Rental Space

BTNF Office

Wanted: up to 15-thousand square feet of business space to rent for five years or so.  The Bridger-Teton National Forest is seeking to temporarily lease office space of between 6,000 and 10,000 rentable square feet and warehouse space of between 4,000 and 5,000 rentable square feet in the Jackson area. Forest Spokesperson Mary Cernicek explains the space is needed due to the fact that the Forest Service is selling 10 of the 15 acres of administrative land in Jackson, and will be constructing an updated office facility, warehouse space and employee housing. She says the rental space is needed to house Forest Service operations throughout the construction period. The Bridger-Teton National Forest personnel will need to move into the leased facility by the summer of 2014.  Anyone with space they would like considered for the rental should contact the regional office at 801-625-5832.
