Wyoming Medicaid & Kid Care Streamlined

For those wanting to take advantages of Wyoming’s Medicaid and Kid Care, the state health department is taking the first steps in a new process to file for eligibility.  According to Wyoming Department of Health Spokesperson Kim Deti, the first step in the new Wyoming Eligibility System, or WES, was launched this week with a new centralized Department of Health customer service center being opened and accepting applications.  The second step will be with a new online WES application system is expected to be available next month.  Meanwhile, the new customer service center can be called at 855-294-2127, or applications can be mailed to 6101 Yellowstone Road, Suite 259D, Cheyenne, 82002.
