Jackson Hole High School swim team won first place in state competition this weekend and in the process, set 3 state records. The team of Connor Tarver, Avery Mcfarland, Alana Moreno, and Elsa Smith broke the 200 medley relay state record. Then, the team of Kiana Phelps, Jamie Pardee, Kelly Krause, and Elsa Smith broke the 200 free relay record. Connor Tarver won both the 200 Individual Medley and 100 back, breaking a 14 year old record for the 100 back with a time of 57.62. Connor was also awarded 3A swimmer of the meet and swimmer of the year. Collectively, the Bronc swimmers had outstanding performances which helped the win the meet with 351.5 team points which constitute the most ever won my any team at a state swim meet. Second place Powell collected 163 points.
