Jackson Approves Affordable Housing Project

The Town of Jackson Planning and Zoning Commission has approved a new development proposed by the Teton County Housing Authority.  A group 48 affordable residential units in 12 fourplex building and another 20 affordable rental units located above a mixed-use building were approved for a development to be called “The Grove” on Scott Lane extending east to the Teton County Library and south to Snow King Avenue.  This will be the eighth affordable housing neighborhood to be developed by the Teton County Housing Authority.  Final approval for the project is to be considered December 16th at the regular Town Council Meeting.
