St. John’s Clinic Opens At JHMR

St. John’s Medical Center has announced the seasonal opening of St. John’s Clinic at Teton Village, located at the Cody House near the Bridger Gondola, as of last Wednesday. The Clinic is open daily through April 6th, in part to serve the skiing public at the Village.  In addition to emergencies like skiing mishaps, hospital officials say the Clinic is available to assist with less serious medical needs common to travelers, including altitude sickness, dehydration, flu, and gastrointestinal illness.  Technological advances also allow digital X-rays to be taken at the clinic and transmitted to the hospital in Jackson where a St. John’s radiologist reads them in real time and assesses the patient’s condition.  This also saves time in the emergency room if the patient needs to be transported for a more serious injury.

  • Diapers weren’t a magic bullet for staying cool - July 25, 2014
I promised you yesterday that I’d test a new product to see how well it works to keep you cool when the temperatures climb toward triple digits.   In case you missed it, yesterday I talked about seeing an ad on TV for a new type of training pants. The ad said, and I quote, […]
