As Jackson Hole Airport prepares to greet holiday travelers with enhanced service, the report to the airport board regarding last month’s activity shows a 3% increase in both those arriving and departing. That comes on top of the 5% increase seen in November 2012 over 2011. Altogether, well over ¼ million passengers have caught flights out of Jackson so far this year. During the last month, the report shows there was a one-percent increase in flights in and out of the valley, but beginning one week from now, Jackson Hole Airport will launch into its busiest winter season ever with 11 non-stop flights to and from the valley. Flights this winter include non-stop service to Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, New York/JFK, Newark, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, and Seattle.
