The Wyoming Business Council has recommended two projects in Jackson Hole for funding.  The Council’s board of directors gave the nod for a “Business Ready Community Loan” of nearly $767-thousand to the Jackson Hole Energy Sustainability Project to install a compressed natural gas fueling station at Shervin’s Independent Oil for natural-gas powered vehicles.  They also approved an $889-thousand “Community Readiness Grant” to construct a sewer line and associated lift station to serve an area south of Jackson along South Highway 89.  Now both projects must be approved by the State Land and Investment’s Board in January for the funding to be actually awarded.
