Beginning New Year’s Day, the Town of Jackson will provide an on-line bill paying option through the Town’s newly renovated website. This on-line feature will allow individuals to conveniently pay their water and sewage bill from a computer, iPad, tablet or phone. In addition, individuals will be able to review 12 months of previous bills. The site currently accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards. Once set up in the system, an individual can choose to receive an email reminder when a water and sewage bill comes due. For individuals currently set up on an auto pay system drawing from a bank account, there will be no changes. The new option can be accessed at www.townofjackson.com. Those wishing more information about the new option can call Terri at 733-3932 ext. 1153.

  • It’s true — kids say some weird stuff - July 21, 2014
An e-mail I got the other day highlighted some of the things an anonymous mother from Texas learned from her kids. Things like, “If you hook a dog leash over a ceiling fan, the motor isn’t strong enough to rotate a 42-pound boy wearing Batman underwear and a Superman cape. It is strong enough, however, […]
