Federal Officers are looking for the person who spent $950 in counterfeit money at a Rock Springs electronics store. Rock Springs police say an end-of-the day deposit turned up eight bogus $100 bills and three $50 bills. Officials say the bills were of poor quality and did not show up at any other Rock Springs businesses. Meanwhile, Jackson Police Lieutenant Cole Nethercott says no counterfeit bills have been reported in town yet. As yet, are no leads resulting in the identification of a suspected counterfeiter.
