Streeper Leads IPSSSDR But Teasley Moves Up

February 5, 2014 Jackson Hole, State of Wyoming, Sublette County No Comments
IPSSSDR Lander

While Jackson Hole’s Stacey Teasley won the Lander leg of the International Pedigree Stage Stop Sled Dog Race yesterday, Blaine “Bud” Streeper of British Columbia remains in first place overall with a lead of 27 minutes over second place John Stewart of Scotland.  Streeper is a regular to the IPSSSDR, and he explains that the prestige of this race in the lower 48 states is what attracts him back each year. Streeper says, “We breed and raise our dogs all season long to look for the best competition – the biggest races, and this is the biggest race!” Today, the IPSSSDR is in Pinedale with the race course located in the Upper Green River, Cora area.
