February 26, 2014 Grand Teton National Park, Jackson Hole, State of Wyoming No Comments
Teton Park Road

Even as Yellowstone National Park this week announced that the roads through the park would be reopened once again on their normal schedule, Grand Teton National Park also assured those roads that are seasonally closed in the park would reopen on schedule as well. The Teton Park road, which is closed in the wintertime will be plowed out and initially opened on schedule for bicyclists, roller-bladers, and others prior to opening it to vehicle traffic along with the Moose-Wilson Road on May first. That’s Park Spokesperson Jackie Skaggs who adds the Craig Thomas Discovery and Visitor Center which was seasonally closed for the first time this winter will reopen April 7th.  Other opening dates for the visitor centers and concessions will be posted on the Park’s website in the coming month.
