The Jackson Town Council has enacted an order issued Tuesday from the State of Wyoming and Teton County Health Director that bars, restaurants, foodcourts, gyms and fitness centers, and other indoor and outdoor venues wheregroups of people congregate should be closed. Consequently, all ski resortsincluding Snow King, Grand Targhee, and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort will not be able to reopen this season; all theaters either film or stage, all bars and night clubs, all coffee or tea shops, employee cafeterias, self-serve buffets, salad bars and unpackaged self-serve food services, golf and country clubs, communal pools, hot tubs, locker rooms, saunas, steam rooms, conference rooms and spas, tasting rooms and museums will be closed. The order goes on that restaurants may remain open under special authorization from the Teton County Environmental Health Department only if all dine-in service is prohibited and only curbside or drive-through service with credit card payment taking place. Hotel food service may take place as room service only, and special provisions may be made with the health department for home delivery. The orders will be in place for 14 days, after which time they may be reinstated or altered.
