St Pat

(CHEYENNE, Wyo)  If you wish to enjoy the luck of the Irish Monday or at a St. Patrick’s Day party over the weekend, you need to temper your thirst if you’re fancyin’ a wee nip of the brew.  The Wyoming Highway Patrol says it is joining law enforcement agencies to increase their patrols for those driving under the influence.  The agencies will be utilizing DUI grant funding provided by WYDOT’s Highway Safety Program.  Officers ask the community members to join the effort in making this a safe weekend by not drinking and driving, and remembering to wear seat belts.  Highway patrol officials say the increased patrols will commence Friday evening and continue into the early morning hours of Tuesday.
