vote

Sublette County will be increasing the size of their county commission after a special election was held on Tuesday – the result of a petition drive asking for a change in the total number of County Commissioners from 3 to 5.  One-thousand-ninty-three of the registered voters, or only 28.6% took part in the election. The vote totals were close, with 562 votes to increase the County Commission from 3 Commissioners to 5 Commissioners, and 531 votes to keep things as-is with 3 Commissioners.  As a result of this ballot measure, Sublette County will be electing three county commissioners, and not 1, in the 2012 election.
