More Evidence Seized
As the investigation continues into the shooting of 19-year-old Clancy Shaffer on Tuesday, Jackson Police detectives today served a second search warrant at the Shaffer residence looking for additional evidence that may reveal more details surrounding shooting. According to Jackson Police Lieutenant Bob Gilliam, detectives have collected several items from the residence and plan to submit several of those items to the Wyoming state crime lab for analysis. Although the Shaffer family is cooperating in the investigation, detectives ceased any further interviews of Mr. Shaffer after being informed by the family that they have retained the services of an attorney. As yet, no arrest has been made.
