Tin Cup Challenge Sets Record
The Community Foundation of Teton Valley has announced the highest Tin Cup Challenge match percentage ever, thanks to the overwhelming generosity of the Tin Cup Community Challengers and individual donors this year. That match in the just-completed 4th Annual Tin Cup Challenge says Community Foundation Director Shannon Hamby, is 52%. Furthermore, Hamby says fundraising this year topped $1-million-80-thousand dollars for the first time in the history of the event. That means the event has generated more than $3.7-million for the non-profits of Teton Valley in its four years combined. The event was modeled after Jackson Hole’s Old Bill’s Fun Run for Charities which marks its 15th year September 10th on the Jackson town square.
