Lightning Sparks New Fires

Lightning Saturday ignited three small fires in Grand Teton National Park and several new fires in Bridger Teton National Forest.  One of the three park fires was immediately suppressed while the two others have only involved a tenth of an acre or less and are difficult to access.  Meanwhile, four new fires were sparked on the forest and two were put into full suppression while the options for management of the other two – one of which is in the Teton Wilderness – are still being weighed.
